My name is Kyra. I am a Personal and Professional Life Coach and I am passionate about coaching clients in finding their True Road. Your True Road is finding your true calling, your career path, your healthy body, your happy relationship(s)—its finding what isn’t working in your life and creating a new more authentic life.
This blog is where I unpack the good, the bad and the embarrassing of what life throws at us and how I learn from it. I use humor, mindfulness and take all the quirk and circumstances and write them up.
When we do all the “right” things in life yet find ourselves derailed feeling unhappy, disconnected and lost in the midst of change. There are no blueprints to take us from point A to point B, from one job to another, from divorce to a relationship, from wanting to receiving. As a Personal and Professional Life Coach I specialize in transitions. I can help you move forward with clarity and focus. As coach and counselor, I am able to give you tools, strategies and support to help you identify your strengths, your values and attach those things to clear and concrete steps to enable you to achieve your goals.
I have a Master of Science in Counseling with a specialty in School Counseling and more than 17 years of experience as a Counselor and Life Coach. My specialty is helping people get unstuck, navigate through change and find clarity around who they are and where they want to go. I work with age ranges from children to senior citizens. I work one-on-one, adapting each session to maximize results and to meet my client’s individual needs. I work remotely by phone or zoom.

In past careers I have been a School Counselor, Readiness Engineer at Apple and Sun Microsystems, a Special Investigator and Early Mental Health Non-Directive Play Practitioner. All of these roles give me the unique understanding of the theory and the practice of change and life transitions through Design Thinking, Somatic Theory and Experiential Learning.
Be well!

Kyra, it’s been some time but you helped me close a door after my sister Andrea passed 3 years ago. I’ve been sharing your contact ever since. For some reason you have been on my mind a bit lately and I may want to connect again with my sister and a recent cousin that has pass among others. I’m very impressed by you blog which I spent some reading. What would you need from me assuming you still connect with lives ones.
